This is our full list of the villains in all of the Batman Genres! Henri Ducard
Henri Ducard is one of the many people who trained Batman and his story has many different versions depending on what media he is in.
He was introduced originally in Detective Comics 599. While Bruce was on his journey discovering himself and learning the many martial arts and other skills necessary for his vengeance he came across Henri Ducard. Ducard become one of the greatest trainers for Wayne. He was an excellent martial artist and a master detective.
Poison Ivy
Poison Ivy is in the mostly a villain of batman but at sometimes she allies with him for an extreme temporary situation.
She was an botanical biochemist student who has a super love for plant life. She has the ability to control all forms of plant life which she uses to help commit her crimes.
Ivy has also a serious love hate relationship with Batman.
Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn was first created for the animated tv series Batman: The Animated Series. She was The Jokers version of Robin.
Her history wasn't created until later in a comic book, where prior to being the Jokers sidekick, she is a psychologist at Arkham Asylum who through her dealings with the Joker, falls in love with him, so much that she becomes his partner in crime.
Mr. Freeze
Mr. Freeze or Dr. Victor Fries was a cryogenecist whos wife Nora came ill to a fatal degenerative disease. In order to keep his wife alive and hopefully cure her, he put her in a cryogenic state. The company that funded the cryo projects eventually pulled the plug and an accident at the lab which made freeze into what he is today. His body must stay in cold temperatures or he will die.
Scarecrow
Scarecrow or Dr. Jonathan Crane is an unstable psychologist turned bad. He uses a special toxin he found or created to instill fear into people. His toxin is typically a gas and once sprayed onto a victim they will be horrified by their worst fears.
The Riddler
Of all of Batmans criminals, The Riddler is probably one of the most notable. Known as Batmans smartest criminal, he has a lot of mystery surrounding him.
Bane
Bane is a super strong villain and is considered one of Batmans toughest enemies. Originally Bane was considered not only super strong but also highly intelligent. His intelligence has seemed to slip out of some of the more recent renditions of Batman, including the last movie which had bane in it.
Bane is the villain that broke batmans back.
Penguin
Penguin is on of Batmans longest running enemies. Born as Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, he is a cunning mobster who runs nightclubs as a front to protect his underground mob activities.
Catwoman
Catwoman is one of the best know criminals in the Batman Series. She was not completely bad and her intentions at some point were good but, she typically has a bad approach to fighting crime. She is in both good and villain categories.
The Joker
The Joker is one of the most popular villains in batman. His past is still to this day completely unknown as the joke has himself given several versions of how he came to be. It is this psychotic and random behavior plus is genius which makes him such a difficult villain for Batman to Bring down.
